We all carry something we long to heal, whether it’s our own journey, the suffering of someone we love, or the experience of witnessing illness, loss or dying.
This sacred group healing space invites us to come together in heart-centred connection, shared intention and embodied presence, creating a field of collective support for ourselves and others.
Inspired by Lynne McTaggart’s Power of Eight work, we explore the potential of collective intention, working with ancestral and angelic guides to support collective healing on a multidimensional level.
When people come together with focused, compassionate intention, something greater can emerge than when we stand alone.
Through meditation, breath, heart connection and guided intention, we enter a shared energetic space a sacred geometric grid of connection and consciously call in healing, peace, love and wholeness.
You don't have to carry it alone.
We come together.
We connect heart to heart.
We hold the intention.
Together, we are healing in union.
These sessions will help you gain the clarity you need to start living your best life and take you out of habitual patterns of confusion and discontent.
What will the sessions look like?
We create a sacred holding circle
Gather in a circle, either holding hands or, where appropriate and consensual, placing a hand toward/on the recipient. The recipient for the healing session will be visualised in in the centre.
Ground and breathe focus on heart centre and power of heart centre as medicine.
Everyone closes their eyes, settles the breath and lets distractions fall away.
Visualise the desired intention for healing
Hold the intention in your mind and imagine the recipient healthy and well, using all five senses to make the visualisation vivid.
The group visualises itself as one unified entity, then collectively focusing on the desired outcome.
We send the intention through the heart.
Hold the intention for around 8–10 minutes
Gently return- Bring everyone out of the meditation slowly and allow a few moments to reconnect with the room and their bodies.
Share experiences through sharing circle
Past recipients have noticed feelings of connection, oneness or changes in wellbeing.
The research has shown that participants sending the healing often get a rebound healing effect.
Together, we create a space where healing can be held, witnessed and shared.
